As CII IQ steps into its 25th year of the National Quality movement in India, the milestones achieved by CII IQ would not have been possible but for the support of ABB, over the years. The vision of Mr K N Shenoy, the then CEO of ABB, as a thought leader in setting up of the first Centre of Excellence has enabled the K N Shenoy Centre, Institute of Quality to be a premier Institute of International repute for role model Quality services.

Treading the path of Quality, as guided by Late KN Shenoy, CII IQ has been in the forefront amongst COEs in India, in upping the Quality levels of Indian Industry, over the past three decades.
